1. License Grant

Smart Resize grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Smart Resize Photoshop plugin on 1 machine. The license is for your personal or commercial use and cannot be resold or sublicensed.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) share your license key with others; (b) reverse-engineer or decompile the plugin; (c) use the plugin on more than 1 machine without purchasing additional licenses; (d) redistribute the plugin or its components.

3. Payment

Smart Resize is sold as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. VAT/taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact support@smartresize.me within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to the Smart Resize plugin at no additional charge. We reserve the right to modify features in future versions.

6. Disclaimer

Smart Resize is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the plugin, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
