Why this happens
- Source file did not finish indexing.
- Layer names are inconsistent or overly generic.
- Master file uses nested structures that hide key layers.
Fix steps
- Re-load the master file in the affected slot.
- Rename key layers with recognized keywords.
- Re-open Smart Resize and confirm roles manually if needed.
